Avoid heavy meals to lose weight. Breakfast is a very important meal – it can either make or break your day. Besides, 10 am to 2 pm is the best time to eat medium to heavy food. Metabolism is very good at this time. So it is better to eat good and healthy food without skipping lunch.

Use molasses instead of white sugar

If you want to lose fat, eliminate white sugar from the food list completely. Molasses, which are rich in nutrients, can be an excellent alternative to sugar.

Drink hot water instead of cold water

Drink lukewarm or lukewarm water instead of cold water. Hot water speeds up the digestion process. It is also good for improving metabolism, as it is quite easy to digest.

Go to bed early at night
