Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice

To make a difference in taste, you can make tomato paste a little differently. Serve with tomato mashed hot rice.

Ingredients
Tomato – 200 g
dried chillies – 8 (crushed)
garlic crushed – 1 teaspoon onion
– 2 (crushed)
salt –
coriander leaves crushed to taste –
mustard oil as needed – as needed

Preparation:
Cut the tomatoes into four parts and fry them in a little oil. Fry dried chilli powder in mustard oil. In the same pan, stir in the garlic and onion for a while. Add fried tomatoes and salt to taste. Sprinkle coriander leaves before unloading. Serve with hot rice.
